[kaffe] Awt on debian stable

[Doug Porter]

Configuring 2004.09.16 cvs with

    ./configure --without-classpath-gtk-awt --with-kaffe-x-awt --with-x
    --with-jikes

results in a runtime that still wants the gtk awt:

    java.awt.AWTError: Cannot load AWT toolkit:
    gnu.java.awt.peer.gtk.GtkToolkit

Removing --with-jikes or --with-x has no apparent effect.
