Why do you expect to make a profit from other people's labors? Isn't
it fair that, if you are going to charge money for something that you
didn't do, that you give a portion of that money to the ones who did
the work?

Look at it this way, giving money back to the ones who did the work
will keep *them* in business, so they can do *more* work.
