Actually, I was expecting complaints about the preprocessor ellipsis much
earlier and so I forgot to remove it. I will replace it by less harmful macros.

D'accord. I think it would be useful to have some kind of 'assign macro' in
order to keep track of where fields are assigned. This may be especially
important if you think of a different garbage collection scheme (hints for the
mutator).
