taking the cross compiler environment.i.e. it's taking the gnu gcc not
arm-elf-gcc</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Checking Whether the C Compiler(gcc) is a cross
compiler - no</FONT></DIV>

environment's kaffeh.</FONT></DIV>
