[kaffe] Unneeded configuration is invoked.

Hi,

I am now trying to speedup configuration/make speed on slower machine,
and try to use preinstalled classpath. If I specify '--with-system-classpath'
to the configure script, the script still tries to invoke configure in
its subdir for classpath. I think this recursive configuration is not
needed, and can be deleted.

BTW, of course, if you want to make kaffe for slower machine, the
recommended way is to use cross compilation.
