[kaffe] error building kaffe 1.1.6

Hi,

Alsa-lib headers have changed between 1.0.10 and 1.0.11-rc2 (seq.h). 
They have removed two constants (I don't know why). I think we will have 
to introduce further checkings in tritonus for these two constants. :(
