[kaffe] Status of boehm-gc vs. kaffe-gc?

Hi Gwenole,

I have just fixed an important bug in the GC on AMD64. GC was freeing 
used memory on it and now the stack is walked correctly. However, I have 
noticed there is still SMP oddities sometimes.
