[kaffe] PROBLEM WITH INITTHREADS-FUNCTION

Hi Daniel,

If you don't have enough memory then the VM should tell you explicitly. 
In that case I expect it is more a bug in the trampolines of kaffe. 16MB 
of ram should be sufficient for the minimal usage of kaffe (we had 
reports that we need approximately 5MB at minimum to load GNU Classpath).

You can join us on #kaffe (irc.freenode.net). We made experiments on 
m68k but I don't exactly remember the state.
