[kaffe] Updating Manpage

Hi all,

i will update the manpage for kaffe to include all options listed
in kaffe --help.

Some questions:

-  Should I exclude the options currently ignored form
the manpage or not ? (-verify -verifyremote -debug -noasyncgc
-cs, -checksource -oss <size> )

- see also section

guavac is outdated. I would remove it and add jikes, gjdoc
other suggestions ?

- Tim Wilkinson <tim at transvirtual.com> - transvirtual domain is no
more existent - has anybody a working email address or should
I remove the email address ?


Are you interested in localized versions of the manpage ? I could
provide a german translation. Same for the kaffe.po file.
