This comment taken from test/regression/DateFormatTest.java is
wrong. "new Date(1098968427000L)" is 04-10-28 13:00:27 GMT+00:00.

So, Thu Oct 28 22:00:27 is correct. But anyway the timezone expression
"JDT" is wrong and it must be "JST".
