[kaffe] Odd behavior of jawt in cvs head

Fixed in CVS head again. Two caveats:

a) make sure libjawt.so is in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH
b) make sure the g++ compilation step picks up kaffe's headers and not
something else.

then I got a neat jawt frame with circles around it.
