You may also want  to move the NO_HOLES and PROMOTE_ macros
from  sysdepCallMethod.h to common.h (these macros are used
in support.c, but support.c no longer defines the macros to
trigger inclusion of sysdepCallMethod.h). If these  are not
properly defined, passing  arguments to native methods will
only work for some types.
