[kaffe] Compilation failed on NetBSD1.6

Hi,

The latest snap failed to be compiled on ia32/nb1.6.
The error happened at compiling 'replace/semaphores.c' and the message is
In file included from ../../kaffe-snap-041125/replace/semaphores.c:41:
../../kaffe-snap-041125/replace/repsemaphore.h:53: pthread.h: No such file or directory

I get this error with the configuration by
--disable-static --enable-pure-java-math --disable-sound --without-x --disable-native-awt\
 --with-threads=unix-jthreads --with-jikes=/home/inaba/bin/jikes
