[kaffe] fix all cases of sign-compare-1

All sign-compare-1 warnings are now fixed.

ps: Compile kaffe, saving stdout and stderr to a log file.  Run
http://www.brainfood.com/~doogie/sort-warnings.pl over the log.  You may want
to add more regex, as needed.
