[kaffe] [PATCH] use InternalError for memory errors

Hi,

I'd like to suggest that instead of throwing a NullPointerException
for bad memory accesses (SIGBUS and SIGSEGV) an InternalError is
thrown instead. It's more descriptive, and less confusing.
