Yes, it works except that two regression tests, that is SoTimeout and
ThreadStop, fail.

But these tests also failed with the older version before you made
changes after July 7.

My conclusion here is that it is not safe to use unix-pthreads
with FreeBSD now.  I think I will test unix-pthreads with FreeBSD
further.
