[kaffe] iconv not included

I've added some stuff from gettext that was in limbo while I was moving 
the scripts used by automake & friends to the new scripts directory back 
to kaffe. Could you give current CVS head a try?

If it still fails, I'd be interested in you config.log file, maybe you 
could gzip it, and e-mail it to me.
