Not yet, unfortunately. That's largely because most of VM core code is 
not doxyfied :( I haven't included javadoc in the build yet, either ...

I'd recommend checking out the 'Documentation found elsewhere' section on
http://www.kaffe.org/documentation.shtml for a lot of information of 
kaffe's implementation internals.
