With this patch,  and without the previvous patch, my test
case goes like this:

bash-2.05b$ java TestEntityResolver test.xml 
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: URI was not reported to parser for entity [dtd]

I think this warning message is reasonable and ignorable.
