Fixing #208025 would be a good start. I see 1:1.1.1-5 fixes some build
problems, but arm, mipsel, s390, and sparc have already failed to build,
so fixing those would be a good plan as well.

(mipsel isn't strictly required, as it's never been built, but it would
probably help other packages.)
