I don't think there is one, as the last developer release that was 
packaged for debian (1.1.1) failed to build on several platforms, ia64 
among them.

But I think you should be able to build one yourself with the debian 
spec file from kaffe's debian sources, and kaffe-1.1.2 tarball. I assume 
the hackers on the debian-java mailing list know how to do that ;)
