autoconf bug and rt.jar compilation (Re: [kaffe] Very slow 'configure')

I installed bash-2.05a (because of 2.05b can not be compiled on NetBSD)
and this problem was solved.

And also, by using bash-2.05a, I need not to provide pre-compiled
rt.jar. So this bug is also related to shell.
