Sounds good. If possible, could you please make (very rough) performance
measurement for JIT and JIT3 on Amiga. The easiest is just measure the
execution time for HelloWorldApp by 'time' command.

I agree. Only concern for me is that I have to put and maintain
same file for linux and NetBSD (when the later comes back). I mean
the original code worked (at least once) for both linux and NetBSD.

Of course, I don't say it shall work on NetBSD right now. Still I
don't have time to put my Sun-3/260 up with NetBSD, by the way.
