* configure.in:
Don't add  to LIBS, it can break other tests.

* libraries/clib/native/Makefile.am:
(libnative_la_LIBADD) added LTLIBICONV

* sockinttypes.m4:
If configure fails to get size of sin_port in struct sockaddr_in,
it outputs an error message and exits immediately.
