[kaffe] Kaffe 1.1.3 and ALSA 1.0.0rc2

Hi Jason,

I've checked in a patch from Bero from ArkLinux to fix that after 1.1.3 
was released. See

p.s. I'll add ArchLinux to the web page. 
http://www.archlinux.org/packages.php?id=368 also shows that there is a 
patch for configure.in. Why was it needed?
