OK, I think now is the time to throw away the old
ByteToCharEUCJP/CharToByteEUCJP.

Those who need EUC-JP may almost certainly be those who
have libiconv, I think.  So we can simply delete the
conversion tables.  Deleting the tables will reduce the
size of kaffe source by 100KB.

One sad thing about this is a bit of Edouard G. Parmelan's
work is disappearing.
