[kaffe] KeyEvent -> JDK 1.4 patch (And longer explanation;)

Yeah, I've been somewhat busy the last few weeks getting settled in. 
How about if we shoot for a 1.1.0 release sometime next week?  It won't
be anything more than a development snapshot.  I've got family visiting
this weekend, so expect it later in the week.  I want to get some of the
recent patches in first, of course, eg. MIPS, ARM.
