[kaffe] Bug in javac.in

Hi,

I think there is a bug in last CVS version of kaffe/scripts/compat/javac.in:
The script appends an empty -classpath option when you don't use it, so 
you get this error message
    Kjc: option ''-classpath'' requires an argument

The patch I propose is very simple, but should work.
