[PATCH] CheckboxMenuItem fixes

Hi, 

the attached patch makes the paramString() output of CheckboxMenuItem
comparable to that of JDK 1.3.1.

	(counter) new field used to count instances.
	(CheckBoxMenuItem) set the name, including the instance.
