[kaffe] [patch] more mauve related fixes

hi,

i've produced a patch that lets a few more mauve
JDK1.2 tests compile. the patch touches jdbc 2.0,
cleans up a few classes in java.text, and adds a few
missing constants to java.beans.Introspector.
