[kaffe] precompiling Klasses.jar

Sure...
(for the protocol) What I actually did was :
I've modified Clonable.java and compiled it with jdk1.3 with klasses.jar 
and kjc,jar in the classpath...
I've replaced Cloneable.class in the existing Klasses.jar.
And recompiled the entire set of packages (make Klasses)...
