[kaffe] cvs problem

I checked the logs, and I had it set up so that CVS ran through TCP
wrappers (and the IP you were trying to access from didn't have a DNS
record).  I've taken the TCP wrappers off the CVS pserver now, so
hopefully it works.  Sorry about that - thanks for reporting it.
