[kaffe] IA-64 status

Well, we had to do some hacking of course. I think that's where we had
to give libtool absolute paths instead of ../.. that was in the scripts.

Actually I'm interested in the source code. I've checked out a snapshot
from 1 sep 2001, since the current version doesn't work. But there's no
ia64 directory in config. Should I add some stuff to the snapshot if I'm
using ia64? Should I check out a later version?
