[kaffe] Getting rid of $(ZIP)

Hi,

now that kaffe can build itself sucessfully on a
variety of systems with the new build system (Thanks
Jim!), I'd like to propose another change: let's get
rid of $(ZIP).

It's only use seems to be to create the jar files of
kaffe's classes and extensions, a task that should be
manageable by kaffe's own jar utility.

what do you think? Would anyone like to have a go at
it?
