compile error on solaris with unix-pthreads

Include file <bits/local_lim.h> could be replaced by <limits.h> (if some
magic _POSIX_SOURCE macros are defined/undefined).

You should also read FAQ/FAQ.pthread.  Currently this pthread
implementation is GNU/Linux specific :(
