Kaffe 1.0.6 released

All,

Kaffe 1.0.6 has been released and is available from ftp.kaffe.org.  This
release servers two major purposes - fixing a lot of bugs that have been
encountered over the last 8 months or so since the last release - and
providing a stabilized release before we merge the desktop and custom
editions together (which will see major upheavals in the source code,
structures, build system, targets, and quite a lot else).
