About GNU-Paperclips
Paperclips is the FSF's servlet engine. It conforms to API 2.1 and is
in thje process of being converted to API 2.2 and will then quickly be
converted to the upcoming 2.3.

It is designed to be small and fast and easy to hack. In combination
with Kaffe and GNUJSP it offers a completly GPLed Java Servlet
environment.
