new libtool on CVS

I've just upgraded libtool on Kaffe's CVS.  This will probably require
you to remove config.cache and run configure again.

Just removing the line that sets ac_cv_sys_global_symbol_pipe and
running `gmake' may be enough.  However, if you get a weird message
when re-configuring libltdl, stating that some macro is missing in the
top-level and you probably mean --enable-ltdl-install, you'll really
have to run configure again.

Sorry about that :-(
