Problem with NetBSD-1.3.3 making snap

 John,

 I added www.kaffe.org/trouble.html and updated 
www.kaffe.org/building.html to explain this malady.

I am so much looking forward to the day when we not only have to debug
problems with the CVS build environment, but also with the distribution
build environment automake will create for us.
