kaffe garbage collection

Hi,

I am a student of IIT doing my Masters.
I am doing  a research(not thesis) on Java garbage collection for real
time systems.

I want to find out the details of the algorithm used in  Kaffe(three
color) , and how they
achieve the real time needs.


1    Is Kaffe supporting real time systems?
2    How does the garbage collection scheme support this real time
meeds?

Can you please direct me how to collect this information.
