Pizza ang GPL

Hello!

Is it legal to include Pizza, which has restricted copyright into Kaffe
distribution? Maybe it would be better to distribute Pizza separately
from http://www.transvirtual.com/downloads.html and have only
GPL-copyrighted code in the Kaffe distribution?
By the way, latest Klasses.jar could also be available there for CVS
users who have insufficient memory to rebuild the whole library on their
machines.
