warning elimination patches

Hi!

Here are a few patches that remove most warnings emitted by egcs 1.1
when compiling the latest snapshot of Kaffe with -Wall.

I was a bit unsure about whether to use jint or int at some places; I
kept with `int' except when the choice seemed obvious.
