kaffe dumps core in thread regression tests

This is kind of weird. It works fine now, except that the first time I ran the 
regression tests it failed on the first one:
cascade:~/summer/kaffe-snap/test/regression$ ./TestScriptThread

  But got instead:
java.lang.NullPointerException
        at java/lang/Thread.run(116)

Okay

I did six more test runs immediately following, and they all worked 
flawlessly. I guess some bug is lurking in the shadows, but doesn't manifest 
itself too often.
