Troubles when 'make' -ing kaffe-0.10.0 on MachTen 4.1

It indicates you are the first one to compile kaffe-0.10.0 for
this particular CPU/OS pair.

The '?' comes from "config/powerpc/threads.h" file.  The definition
for SP_OFFSET is intentionally set to '?' before someone trying
to port this version to the configuration.
