Problem running configure on WinNT

Hi!

I'm having some problem running configure on WinNT.

First my configuration:
- Cygnus GNU tools B19 (installed in the default directory)
- WinNT 4.0 SP3
- I've unzziped the archive in the root so everything is in
c:\kaffe-1.0.b1\


The command lin I entered is :
/kaffe-1.0.b1 $ ./configure --prefix=c:/kaffe --host=i386-win32/cygnus

Then the process goes....
here is a sample of the output I get :

The lst lines ':bad number' repeat forever!

What are the 'Error reading file: 109' messages??

Why the forever repeating ':Bad number thing' ??

Does anyone have a clue as to why these things happens?
