Collections API implementation available

also has an existing collections implementation. Its is in the public
domain. It claims to be close to the JDK 1.2 API.
They were written by Doug Lea (author of _Concurrent Programming In
Java_).
I haven't looked at them closely, but they might also be a good
starting point.
