deprecated methods

Hello,

Lots of methods are deprecated in jdk 1.1.6, some of them are implemented 
and deprecated in kaffe but others are not.
How have been chosen methods to be implemented or not ?

In jdk 1.1.6 method nextFocus() is deprecated and replaced by 
transferFocus().(Component.java, Container.java, Window.java)
In kaffe these 2 methods doesn't exist. Which method can replace them ?
