Missing fonts and kafferc

By the way, font -b&h-lucida-bold-r-*-*-11-*-*-*-*-*-*-* is missing on
some machines I use (because scaled bitmap fonts are disabled there).
It would be nice to set in kafferc defaults for AWT as well. I personally
would prefer something like "helvetica" by default.
