Patches for kaffe 0.8.3

Hi there!

I managed to install kaffe 0.8.3 on several OS's, such as Solaris 2.5,
SunOS 4.1.3, Linux-x86 1.2.8, OSF/1 3.2 and IRIX 5.2.

The first patch was necessary for compilation on Solaris 2.5; if
libkaffevm.so is not built with -lsocket, linking kaffe will not
succeed because some symbols will not be defined.

The following two patches may be necessary for building kaffe in
interpreter mode, and they have already been mentioned in this list.

The last one was needed on Alpha.
