I'll ask Andrew about it, but I don't know if that would work, as Kaffe 
is not part of gcc (despite sharing a lot of code with it by now ;).

Setting up our own bug tracker for now is fine, I think. I've added a 
project for Kaffe to Ubuntu's launchpad, which should in theory allow us 
to track bugs accross distros one day.
